was fine until i moved out and two days later saw that my membership was 'expired' and in order to rebook i must start all over, maybe even lower, but that means a new app fee, which means they are fraudelent just like the average apartment complex that wrongfully charges people app fees. We accept it, because thats the way it is, that does not make it right. Basically a application fee for a place to live is like you paying a gas station to walk inside their store. right makes zero sense, same.

Update: Padsplit is VERY slow to respond to extension request. The time window is already small, and their slow response puts added stress on a time sensitive situation. They'll send a termination notification real quick though. As for the platform, it's useful when need a place to stay. The app was working good. Lately, it's automatically logging me out & making me log back in again. There's no option to save my log-in information, or to use biometric to sign in. Keep having to use password.

Not a good app at all. The searches are glitchy and misleading. Before I paid a application fee and completed application I was able to find listings easy in the area where I live, work, and go to college. They even offered information about the host. Which is why I applied because I found a suitable listing and wanted to see about applying. Now I only get listings completely too far from all of this places in places like Atlanta and Stone Mountain. Extremely misleading and disappointing.
